Current (5th July) Co-vid 19 Policy:

 

· Automatic door on arrival with motion sensor (touch-free)

· Alcohol sanitiser and station in the foyer and reception desk, and on every floor

· Self check in at reception (your key, registration card and menus will be in a pack for you to collect on arrival, along with our full Anti-Covid Charter)

· Every room will be cleaned before you arrive with an industrial steam cleaner that kills 99% of bacteria and viruses on any surface, it cleans, steams, and sanitises all surfaces. Hotel staff will not enter your room during your stay unless you request it. Guests will put their towels in a bag supplied by us and left outside their room  where we would leave replacements on a daily basis.

· When guests depart the routine will be CLEAN, STEAM and SANITISE! There will be a sticker on the door saying no entry until next guest!

· We have ultra-violet disinfection wands for soft furnishings such as curtains and sofas that will be used regularly in bedrooms and public areas

All staff and guests will have their temperature checked on arrival at the hotel (this will be a government requirement)

 

In addition, they will ask you to consider wearing a face covering in the corridors and limit your use of the lift to the minimum possible. Breakfast will be served to guest bedrooms (no service charge of course).  They will be operating a socially distanced dining room for evening meals in the restaurant/conservatory, but group diners will no longer be seated on large tables of 10 and there will need to be staggered dining times for all guests.  They will be opening the dining room for longer periods (so opening earlier and closing later) to accommodate everyone.  If any guest would prefer to take their evening meal in their bedroom then again, there will be no charge for room service.
