Ring, write or e-mail to book your holiday. Although I book rooms on your behalf, you are liable for payment of your hotel charges. These must be paid directly to the hotel on departure. Some hotels also charge a deposit which is payable directly to them.
In the event of cancellation, you will be liable for any cancellation charges made by the hotel, so it is strongly recommended that you take out insurance to cover you against this risk. The bridge/hospitality fee is payable to me at the first bridge session (Please put this in an envelope with your name on).
